Tandoori Chicken Tikka is the dish that shows off the heart of our kitchen — the tandoor itself. Boneless chicken is marinated overnight in yogurt, ginger, garlic and traditional Punjabi spices, threaded onto long skewers, and lowered into the clay oven where it grills over live coals.
